Infectious Diseases, Oncology and Cancer Diagnosis




Infectious diseases are caused by infectious organisms. Typically, these are viruses, bacteria, parasites, worms/ helminths, or fungi. Under normal circumstances, when the immune system of the host is strong, disease symptoms may not develop. If the host immune system is week, or the infectious agent overwhelms the immune system, an infectious disease ensues. This arises through transmission from an infected person, an infected animal, or a contaminated inanimate object to a susceptible host.

Oncology is a branch of drug that deals with the study, opinion, treatment and forestalment of cancer, it describes the complaint which some of the body's cells grow uncontrollably and spread to other corridor of the body. Cancer can start nearly anywhere in the mortal body, which is made up of trillions of cells. The process of relating a complaint, injury from its signs or condition, and symptoms. A health history, physical test, and tests, similar as blood tests, necropsies, and imaging tests, may be used to help make an opinion.
