Physical Activity and Nutrition

Physical activity as any physical movement produced by cadaverous muscles that requires energy consumption. Physical exertion refers to all movement including during rest time, for transport to get to and from places, or as part of a person’s work. Both moderate - and vigorous-intensity physical activity improve health. Popular ways to be active include walking, wheeling, cycling, sports, active recreation and play, and can be done at any position of skill and for enjoyment by everybody. Regular physical activity is proven to help manage non-infectious and inhibit the diseases such as heart complaint, stroke, several cancers and diabetes. It also helps reduce maintain healthy body weight, hypertension and can improve internal health, quality of life and well-being.
